Who Are We Looking For?

We look for independent providers who serve homeowners in the Fort Worth area and:

• Offer mold inspection, testing, remediation, or a mix of these
• Hold the licenses, registrations and insurance your area requires
• Are comfortable with older homes, including pier-and-beam houses, slab-on-grade ranch homes and hot attics
• Explain findings in plain language

What Do We Expect?

Homeowners are often worried when they reach out, so how you treat them matters. We expect providers to:

• Respond to referrals politely and in a timely way
• Give honest, written quotes before work starts
• Avoid scare tactics and high-pressure selling
• Never promise insurance outcomes you cannot control
• Be clear about what is included and what is not
• Encourage homeowners to keep photos and notes, and help document damage when asked

We also ask that you never imply that Lincolndone Mold Help performs the work. You are the provider, and the homeowner should know it.
